If you're ever not satisfied with the service that we provide or with the coupons that we deliver, you may return them for full credit. No questions asked.
We offer a variety of payment options including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, Google Wallet, and others. If you need to pay by check, money order, or other form of payment that doesn't instantly clear, you can do that too. Just make the payment out to Klip2save and mail it to us. We'll then give you a store credit for that amount.
We promise not to blind-side you at checkout with unfair shipping charges. We charge a simple flat-rate for each shipment, regardless of size.
We ship by USPS 1st Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail. 1st Class mail generally takes 2-10 days for delivery. Priority Mail is the same, even though it costs more. Express Mail is next day if your location is near an airport that the USPS serves. If not, Express Mail takes 2 days. The USPS does not guarantee the overnight delivery of Express Mail. We do not ship by UPS or FED-X.
Understanding how we compute handling charges is even easier. We don't!
Handling charges = $0.00 per shipment
So, for example, if you order a couple hundred coupons and if you want them shipped by USPS 1st Class Mail, your total purchase price will be the price of the coupons plus a dollar. There are never any hidden fees.
For our customers in Tennessee, we pay the sales tax (9.75%) for you.
We stock everything we sell and make our best effort to ship all orders ASAP. In any event, you'll receive an email notice after each step (like after you place the order, after we ship, etc.), so you'll always know where things stand. All shipping is via USPS, 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday.
The inventory levels that you see on the web site are accurate at the time they're displayed, but there's no guarantee that the same inventory level will exist when we fulfill your order. If there's a discrepancy and if it's minor, like if we can only ship 7 coupons for a given item when you requested 10, we'll go ahead and ship the 7 and then give you a store credit for the difference along with some additional consideration that will further make up the difference. If the discrepancy is major, like if we're totally out of stock on something, we'll contact you for specific guidance. If we simply can't fulfill the order, like if we can't ship the majority of your requested items, we'll go ahead and credit the charges back to you and then advise you that we have. Our overall goal is to be fair, efficient, and to avoid a hassle for both you and us.
