FAQ

What do you do?

We're a coupon clipping service. We purchase newspapers from authorized resellers and then do all of the hard work of clipping and organizing the included coupons. We charge for the service on a per-coupon basis.

What's your guarantee?

Our guarantee is unconditional.

When are the new Sunday coupons available?

Usually mid-day Wednesday - the Wednesday before they appear in your Sunday's paper. See the yellow highlighted notice on the home page for the current week's schedule.

What days do you ship and what are the cut-off times for new orders?

We ship Monday thru Saturday. Orders received before our cut-off time ship the same day. Orders received after ship the next. The cut-off time varies and is always indicated on the main page in yellow highlighted text

Will you notify me when new coupons are added?

Yes. Just subscribe to our newsletter. We'll email you as soon as we release new coupons (one or two emails a week).

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Murfreesboro, Tennessee (near Nashville).

How quickly do you fulfill orders?

We usually fulfill orders within minutes of receiving them and we always fulfill all pending orders before making a delivery to the post office.

How much do you charge for shipping?

For USPS 1st class mail, we charge a flat rate of $1.00 per order. It doesn't matter if you order 1 coupon or 1000 - it's still only a dollar.  Also, since it's a flat-rate, you don't have to provide your shipping information to find out your total checkout amount. We also ship by USPS Priority Mail and by USPS Priority Express Mail and we charge for that at our direct cost. Click here for the details.

Are there minimum order quantities?

No! There are no minimum purchase requirements.

Is there a minimum purchase amount?

No! You can purchase as many or as few coupons as you like.

I live in Tennessee. Do I have to pay sales tax?

No! We pay it for you .

So, if I wanted to, I could purchase a single coupon in a transaction?

Yes and a lot of people actually do to test us out. It's OK with us!

How do I navigate the website?

Click any of the links under the 'Categories' heading on the upper left side of each page. That will show all of the coupons in that category. Then, notice in the upper right part of the page how you can sort the listing by various criteria. For example, to sort the coupons from newest to oldest, select 'Newest Items'.  You can also search the website for specific coupons by using the search box near the top of the page.

What are the Featured Coupons?

These are the coupons that we think offer the best value and the ones seeing the most sales. Each week there are several coupons that stand out among the rest, so we flag them as featured.

If there's a difference between what the coupon shows and the description listed on the website, which should I trust?

Always trust what you see on the actual coupon.

What does 'wyb' mean?

It means 'when you buy'.

What does 'DND' mean?

It means 'do not double'.

What does 'LIMIT 24' mean?

It means that the coupon has a maximum order limit of 24. The limit is 'PER DAY' or 'PER HOUR' depending on what's indicated in the description. For example, if a coupon's description includes the phrase 'LIMIT 12 PER HOUR', it means that you must wait at least an hour before ordering that quantity of that coupon again. Your order will be canceled and refunded if you violate any limit on any coupon included in an order. We impose limits on a few of the hottest selling coupons to ensure that everyone can obtain them. The vast majority of our coupons have no limit.

What does the SS 3-18 (or similar) mean that I see in the product descriptions?

That's where the coupon came from.  For example, SS 3-18 means that it came from the March 18th SmartSource insert, SV 3-25 means that it came from the March 25th Save insert, etc.

Some descriptions say 'save $1.00' or similar. How many do I have to buy in those cases?

Just one. If there's no 'wyb' in the description, it's implied that you only have to buy one.

I added some coupons to my cart and they didn't show up. What's up with that?

Be sure that you're not trying to add more than we have in inventory. You can see the inventory amounts on the individual coupon pages.

When I put items in my cart, how long will they stay there?

For as long as the coupon is available in the quantity that you chose. Please be aware that if you let coupons sit in your cart too long, you run the risk of the coupons selling out before you checkout. Our store adjusts the coupon inventory levels when they're actually sold at checkout, not when they're added to a cart.

How do I know when you restock the coupons?

We post a notice in the message forums under the appropriate topic in the 'Announcements' area whenever we restock coupons. If you subscribe to the specific message topic, you'll receive an email whenever these posts are made.

When do you generally restock the inventory?

We restock inventory as fast as we can process the newspapers and we do that most every day.

What happens after I place an order?

At each point in the fulfillment process, we'll notify you. You'll receive an email confirming your order, another after we've fulfilled your order and it's awaiting shipment, and then another when your order actually ships. You'll never be left in the dark wondering what happened to your order.

I didn't receive any confirmation emails after placing my order!

A surprising number of customers mistype their email address when they place an order. Please be sure that you type it correctly.

When I place an order I get a message that says, 'Payment for your previous order has been captured (Order ID: #_______)'. What do I need to do?

Delete your browser's cache and cookies.

How can I find out what the coupon policy is at my local grocery store?

You need to call the store manager and ask. Coupon redemption policies often differ from store-to-store, so it's not sufficient to rely on what you read on the internet or even from what you may read from a chain's published policy. Ask the local store manager. That's the most reliable source.

Why would I want to use a coupon clipping service instead of doing it myself?

Because doing it yourself may not be worth your time. It's a choice of whether you want to spend a few dollars using a service like Klip2save or whether you want to spend a few hours each week doing it yourself. It all depends on how much your time is worth.

Do you have any related affiliations?

No. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any coupon insert provider or any manufacturer of any product that may be depicted in the coupons.
